For one (1) book and videos the shipping cost is a flat fee, that is, you will only be charged $13.00. If you wish to order more than one copy of the book please contact me for the cost of shipping.
Paying by check or money order (U.S. Bank only)
For those of you who do not wish to use our shopping cart, you may pay with a check or money order made out to Franklin Mills Press and sent to the address listed below.
